Duties include the assessment of all types of claims for Housing and Council Tax Benefit including students, self-employed and persons from abroad, as well as chasing missing information and evidence, and dealing with customer enquiries.
We need an experienced Assessor who is conscientious, self-motivated, accurate, provides the highest standard of quality and customer service, and has a good and up to date knowledge of Housing and Council Tax Benefit regulations.
