Are you hard working, self motivated and keen to work as a member of our highly performing Investigation Team? If you can answer yes then you may be the person we are looking for.
Following career progression the Investigation Team has an opportunity for someone to join them as a Support Officer on a temporary basis. The role is based in the Town Hall and will be responsible for providing general administrative support, assisting in the investigation process and the preparation of Prosecution Files.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate commitment to work to tight deadlines and the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload.
You must have 5 GCSE's, or the equivalent, (Grade A-C) to include Maths & English. You will also have excellent communication skills and previous experience of working with the public. A detailed knowledge of Housing Benefit or any similarly administered benefit is essential.
