We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated team players that are able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality customer service and a flexible approach to work.
The main function of these posts will be to assess and update claims for Housing & Council Tax Benefit. The ability to work to deadlines will be an essential part of your daily routine, as will dealing with sensitive and contentious situations in a busy office environment.
Although some experience of Housing & Council Tax Benefit is desirable it is not essential as entry can be either as a Benefit Trainee or as a Benefit Officer, this will be reflected in the salary.
