An experienced Benefits practitioner is required to join our Benefits Team to help us drive forward the Housing and Council Tax Benefit Service.
You must have strong people management skills and the ability to mentor staff in relation to Benefits practices and procedures.
An extensive working knowledge of Housing and Council Tax Benefit legislation together with a good working knowledge of Welfare Benefits and recent knowledge of Pericles and Comino systems would be beneficial.
You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a pressurised work environment.
