Two-homes overlap, notice periods and benefit prior to moving in
How these three provisions overlap and interact

Temporary absence and trial periods in care
Intention to return
Giving notice while absent
Commencement of tenancy while absent
Changing reasons for absence from home
Retrospective application of the temporary absence rules

As well as a number of presentations and practical exercises, the day will specifically include the latest legislation and case law updates. Detailed notes, slides and exercises are included.

Fee: £210 for non-HBINFO members, £185 for HBINFO members.  Book three places, get fourth one free (free places may be carried forward and used on any subsequent OCS training event).  
This covers refreshments, lunch and all training materials.
