This course is suitable for those who have a working knowledge of the Housing Benefit scheme – assessment, overpayment, appeals staff and managers.

As well as a number of presentations and practical exercises, the day will specifically include the latest legislation and case law updates. Detailed notes, slides and exercises are included.
Fee: £210 for non-HBINFO members, £185 for HBINFO members. Book three places, get fourth one free (free places may be carried forward and used on any subsequent OCS training event).
This covers refreshments, lunch and all training materials.
About the presenter:
Peter Barker has nearly 25 years experience in the Housing Benefit field and brings a wealth of experience to this course. He is a regular writer and speaker on Housing Benefit issues
