Benefits Team Leader

Solihull Council

We are looking for experienced practitioners within a Benefits environment, who can bring their detailed knowledge of Benefit legislation, experience of supervising staff and a passion for delivering high quality customer service, to lead our highly regarded Benefits team.
Located in Solihull town centre the Benefits Team is responsible for processing claims for Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefits.

In this key role you will manage the day to day operation of the Benefits Team including benefit processing, appeals, quality control, and subsidy and workflow management.
