Many of you have written expressing interest in physically attending our next conference. We are delighted to have our excellent venue again offering exceptional spacing. Zoom is also being offered as an option.

There is no charge for substitutions, however, it is important that we have notice as zoom requires the full email address to log in.
Full training pack will be delivered via post to the delegate's home address.
Cancellations within 14 calendar days will incur a 50% charge
Cancellations within 5 calendar days will incur the full fee.
Fees are £220 per delegate, £320 for non-members.
Fees are due, PRIOR to training being delivered
All fees are plus VAT @ the prevailing rate on the date of invoicing.
Course times are 09.15 for a PROMPT 09.30 start and all courses finish by 16.30. Joining instructions will be sent the week prior to the event. Please ensure that you are able to make audio and visual connections before the start time.
